Technical Support Plans



The following plans are available to all clients who have purchased a current version of R:BASE, R:WEB Suite, Oterro,
or other R:BASE related products. At this time the following R:BASE and Oterro versions are supported:
  • R:BASE - Versions 7.0 and higher
  • Oterro - Versions 2.6 and higher
Payment for all plans must be received prior to usage.

VIP Customer Service and Support Plan ($1,695.00)
  • 15 Hour block of time good for one year from purchase date
  • Private links and the provision of special R:BASE 7.x version for users with more than 50 licenses, which
    will not require the entering of a License Key when using R:BASE over a Local/Wide Area Network
  • Private updates and in-line patches before the official release of next update
  • Monthly updates of all in-house developments for next scheduled public updates for current versions
  • Unlimited Priority Fax and Email support
  • Notification of Bugs and Fixes
  • Report of time remaining upon request
  • 30 Day notification of Plan Expiration
Plan A ($1,295.00)
  • 10 Hour block of time good for one year from purchase date
  • Billing in 15 minute increments
  • Unlimited Priority Fax and Email support
  • Notification of Bugs and Fixes
  • Report of time remaining upon request
  • 30 Day notification of Plan Expiration
Plan B ($745.00)
  • 5 Hour block of time good for one year from purchase date
  • Billing in 15 minute increments
  • Unlimited Priority Fax and Email support
  • Notification of Bugs and Fixes
  • Report of time remaining upon request
  • 30 Day notification of Plan Expiration
Plan C ($149.00)
  • 1 Hour block of time good for one month from purchase date
  • Billing in 15 minute increments
  • Unlimited Fax and Email support
Plan D ($49.00 Per Unit)
  • Billing in units consisting of 15 minutes per unit
  • Non-Priority Fax and Email support
Legacy Product Support Plan ($1,995.00/Year)
  • Available for all non-current versions
  • Unlimited non-consulting support via phone, email or fax.
  • Maximum of 2 hours on the phone per day

Terms
  • Phone support calls cannot exceed 30 minutes, unless a scheduled time has been established with our
    technical support staff.
  • Upon establishing contact with our technical support staff, please reference your plan level and contact
    information.
